Terms of Service

1. The service

CarCheck provides AI-generated estimates and information about used-car listings, including a deal score, estimated market value, risks, negotiation tips, seller questions and an inspection checklist.

2. Important limitations

CarCheck provides estimates and informational analysis. It does not guarantee vehicle condition, market value, reliability or future repair costs. Always verify information independently and consider a professional inspection before purchasing.

CarCheck has not inspected the vehicle. Market values are estimates, not live market data, and a report does not replace a professional inspection, vehicle history check or test drive. You are responsible for your purchase decision.

3. Accounts

Use one account per person, keep your login details private and provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Plans and prices

Prices are in EUR and include any applicable taxes. Stripe handles payments by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

• Free: one complete report per account, once.
• Pay per report: €1.99 for one report.
• Car Buyer Pack: a one-time payment of €3.49 for three reports plus Car Duel. Credits do not expire.
• CarCheck Plus: €9.99 per month for up to 100 reports per calendar month. It renews automatically each month until cancelled.

5. Cancelling Plus

You can cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid month, with no further charge. We do not refund partly used months.

6. Right of withdrawal

Reports are digital content delivered immediately. By buying, you ask for immediate delivery and accept that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the report has been generated. For Plus, the 14-day withdrawal right ends when the first report under the subscription is generated. Unused report credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; email carcheckhelp@gmail.com.

7. Technical problems

If a paid report fails to generate or is clearly broken because of an error on our side, we will regenerate it or refund it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use automated scraping, abuse the free report by creating many accounts, resell reports at scale or submit unlawful content.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CarCheck is not liable for losses from buying or not buying a vehicle based on a report. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms and will show the latest date at the top. Swedish law applies. Please raise disputes with us first. You may then contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
