How CarCheck works
CarCheck reads a listing the way an experienced used-car buyer would, and writes down everything it noticed.
1. You provide the listing
Paste a listing URL, paste the description text, or fill in the vehicle details manually. The more detail you give, the higher the confidence of the analysis.
2. We extract the vehicle
Make, model, year, mileage, fuel, transmission and power are identified and normalised so the car can be compared against typical market positioning.
3. The analysis runs server-side
A used-car analyst model produces a structured report: score, estimated price range, graded risks, negotiation guidance, seller questions and an inspection checklist. Nothing sensitive runs in your browser.
4. You get a report you can act on
Every score is explained. Estimates are labelled as estimates. Unknowns stay unknown — we never invent accident history or service records.
About market values
Today, estimated market ranges are produced by our analysis model, not from live listing feeds. CarCheck is built so licensed market data can be added later and compared against real comparable listings.
CarCheck provides estimates and informational analysis. It does not guarantee vehicle condition, market value, reliability or future repair costs. Always verify information independently and consider a professional inspection before purchasing.
